In-Store Service and Rentals
Whether your laptop or desktop has an issue, or if it needs an upgrade, our experienced technicians are here to help. We make every effort to complete all service work brought into the store within 3 business days. If you need immediate service, we can expedite your request for an additional hourly fee. Please be aware that all costs listed below are estimates. They apply to normal circumstances and do not cover every situation.

- Virus Removal (2 hours) $150
- Laptop Hardware Repair (1-1.5 hours) $75 - 150 + cost of replacement hardware
- Desktop Hardware Repair (1 hour) $75 + cost of replacement hardware
- Data Retrieval (1-2 hours) $75 - $150
- Insurance Damage Estimate
- System Diagnosis (1 hour) $75
- Memory Installation (0.5 - 1 hour) $37.50 - $75
- Emergency Service in-house +$25 per billable hour
- Projector Rental $40 for the first 1-2 days and $20 per day thereafter / $100 per week + refundable deposit
